Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration for the Sigmafine 2026 User Conference, the following cancellation policy will apply:
- Cancellations made on or before January 22, 2026: You can cancel your registration for a full refund. No cancellation fee will be charged.
- Cancellations made between January 23, 2026, and February 20, 2026: You will receive a 50% refund of your registration fee.
- Cancellations made on or after February 21, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
