Delivery Service Manager
As Delivery Services Manager Isabel's responsibilities will include end-to-end delivery oversight across all regions, leadership and development of the Delivery Services team, resource planning and workforce management, senior client and stakeholder engagement, and organizational-level financial and KPI reporting.
Isabel Pérez leads complex Sigmafine deployments across the energy, chemicals, and materials sectors, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience spanning junior consultant through to Delivery Service Manager. Based in Italy, she manages the full project lifecycle — from requirements analysis and technical modelling to stakeholder reporting and go-live support — on some of Pimsoft's most demanding accounts, including LNG, refinery, and petrochemical expansions across Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.
A chemical engineer by training (MSc, Polytechnic of Turin), Isabel holds a Master Certificate in Project Management from 24Ore Business School and is a certified OSIsoft PI System Infrastructure Specialist. She is fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English, and brings particular depth in Sigmafine mass and energy balance modelling, PI Asset Framework architecture, and pre-sales technical support.
