Business continuity at Pimsoft during the COVID-19 pandemic

We hope this note finds you and your organization well in this challenging time.

Firstly, we would like to thank all our friends, customers, and partners for reaching out to us in recent days. We are pleased to report that everyone in Italy, US, and India offices, are currently well. All employees were able to return home and are following local restrictions including preventive isolation.

Although all our offices are closed by executive orders of local authorities, we remain open for business and we continue to assist customers in Project Delivery, Sigmafine Technical Support, and Application Management services using our telecommuting infrastructure.

Our sales and business development team as well as our Industry Principals remain available to support ongoing engagements with customers and partners through remote workshops and webinars.

We are continuously monitoring the situation and adapting our business continuity plan to ensure the safety of our employees and their families, and maintain the best possible level of service for all our customers.
