Giacomo Dottorello
System & Solutions Architect
Giacomo Dottorello designs the integration and data architectures that connect Sigmafine to plant-floor and enterprise systems across Pimsoft's most technically complex engagements. As Solutions Architect, he leads architecture design for PI and Sigmafine implementations, defines integration strategies, and supports the internal sales team on solution scoping and estimation. His project record spans refineries, chemical plants, LNG facilities, and multi-site industrial operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Giacomo holds a Master's degree in Computer and Communication Network Engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin and is a certified AVEVA PI System Installation Specialist. He brings deep expertise in PI System infrastructure, custom interface development (REST, SOAP, OPC, RDBMS), Sigmafine modelling, and full-stack integration — making him a central resource for technically demanding deployments where data quality and system reliability are non-negotiable.
