Isaac Vanderpuye
Director of Technology
Isaac Vanderpuye is Director of Technology at Pimsoft, where he leads customer support, product development, IT, software architecture, and product management. He is responsible for aligning the technology organization with Pimsoft's strategic objectives - driving timely support resolution, new feature delivery, and a lean, efficient IT structure.
Isaac brings more than 25 years of software development experience across enterprise and industrial environments. Before joining Pimsoft, he held engineering leadership roles, where he built solutions for migrating on-premise data to the cloud for analysis. Earlier in his career, he spent more than seven years at Honeywell as a Senior Software Developer and Team Lead.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science from the University of Alberta and a broad set of technical certifications spanning DevOps, Kubernetes, microservices, and secure CI/CD pipelines, alongside Scrum Master (SMC) and Six Sigma Green Belt credentials that underpin his approach to agile delivery and process improvement.
