Michael Tworzydlo is Product Manager for Plantweb Optics Analytics at Emerson Automation Solutions, a key component of the Plantweb Optics platform. Here, he works closely with customers, sales, technology, and other stakeholders to define, execute, and deliver the product roadmap and increase value add to customers.

Tworzydlo has over 14 years of experience in the process industries. Prior to his current role, he was a Strategic Marketing Director and a Strategic Planner for Emerson Automation Solutions. Prior to joining Emerson, he worked as a Process Engineer and Project Engineer in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction industry, where he was involved in design, engineering, construction, and commissioning of downstream projects.

Tworzydlo has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.

With a master’s degree in Instrumentation and Industrial Maintenance, she spent the first 7 years of her professional life engineering, implementing, commissioning, and maintaining SCADA and ICSS systems in the oil and gas and mining industries before joining Emerson's team 3 years ago. She was involved in the early phases and helped shape and influence the design of Optics Analytics.
