About the presenters
John O'Connell
Global Partner Manager, TrendMiner
Since he joined the workforce, John has been involved with the process industries developing business and partnerships between technology providers and system integrators and resellers for a number of companies. He joined TrendMiner in 2020 in similar capacities and is responsible to develop the partner program to which Omicron is participating.
John is a graduate from the California State University in Fullerton in Business Administration.
Usman Iftikhar
Data Analytics Engineer, TrendMiner
Usman joined TrendMiner in 2019 after spending close to 10 years in the process industries in roles involving data analysis around process performance and catalyst performance. He also completed a certificate in data analysis at the University of Texas, Austin, in 2019.
Usman is a chemical engineering graduate from Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey in the USA.
